Ten years in the making

This weekend I sat down with my beloved client Lynne Moyer, Founder and CEO of Luminate Marketing and together we had a joyful conversation about coaching, why we struggle with limiting beliefs, and unsubscribing from perfectionism.

For the first several years of our 10 years of partnership we coached on navigating transition, business development and typical leadership development. (Yes she helped me stay connected to my passion for this work while I was primarily a ‘stay at home’ mom).

When I development my holistic process, Leadership Atlas four years ago and started working on deeper transformation, so many things shifted for Lynne.

Going from feeling like she could never ever take a break to restructuring her business and taking a 100 day break from the pressure of being CEO, which she wrote about and published in her most recent book 100 Day Sabbatical.
